Shipping policy

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the item and the location of the purchaser (state or region). Items eligible for shipping will be posted via Australia Post. Orders are dispatched within 2 business days wherever possible. Shipping times are estimated at between 3-10 business days depending on your location with Australia.

Alternatively, free click and collect is available if you live locally and can pick up in store.

Delivery to your property is available for all items if you live within 40km of Rand Farm Supplies. $1000 minimum spend required for local delivery. Delivery free of charge. If you would like a quote on local delivery on purchases under $1000, please call the store on (02)60295203.

Customers will receive a dispatch notification email when their order has left the store. Email is a required field in the checkout to activate this process.

The courier requires a signature from an occupant at the specified delivery address. Therefore, we only ship to work or home addresses for delivery. We do NOT ship to post office (PO) boxes.

Some items are available via in-store enquiry only due to weight.

Rand Farm Supplies ships good to all of mainland Australia; however, at this time we do NOT accept international orders through our website.
